Dynamic sales tools gives you the power of options – including a fuel savings report, a dynamic GAP graph, and a customer specific VSC graph. Each SmartMenu sales tool utilizes VIN decoding and other data from the customer’s deal to provide them with information specific to their vehicle, options and purchasing experience.
Red flag rules compliance – SmartMenu offers finance managers the ability to generate OFAC compliance financial reports as well as identity verification reports for compliance. Identity verification confirms the customer’s identity by matching up the customer name, phone number, address, and social security number as well as combining “out of wallet” questions for rigid validation.
