Today Menu will now separate Net Leads into a single sub folder but continue to display other records as before. The sub folder will display the number of Net Leads within the folder and once it is clicked, the list of Net Leads will display. If the Net leads folder is Red, it means that someone in the record set is at the dealership.
Fix the $0 Fee, Charges and Taxes issue – If Traffic Cop opens an UP and it detects there are $0 in those particular deal fields, Traffic Cop prompts to reload them, but only if the dealership is using Finance Assist (FA).
When printing a report for Prospects, Traffic Cop now prints City and State on the detailed report option.
Service now has the ability to print out a summary report for Service Prospects.
A “top level” vehicle status has been added – When a customer trades in a vehicle they purchased at the dealership, the record can be flagged as “Traded Here”. This will stop all activity previously assigned to the record and prevent new activities from being assigned to the record. Other “top level” status choices are: “Delivered”, “Traded Elsewhere”, “Sold Privately”, “Scrapped”, and “Stolen”. A future utility in Traffic Cop will search your database for vehicles sold in the past and traded in at a later date and then flag the records as “Traded Here”.
