The Search Ups function in Menu has been enhanced to allow for a Full Name search. For example, if you enter “Robert”, Traffic Cop returns records containing “Robert” as a first name and records containing “Robert” as a last name. Partial matches such as “Roberts” or “Robertson”, etc. would also be returned.
The “Find Calls” function now searches Prospect Recent Service records for call actions and color codes the list: Green for a record where the last call action was outbound, Blue where the last call action was an inbound call and Red when there has been no call activity.
Records flagged as “Open” due to a user being disconnected (power failure, PC goes to sleep, disconnection from the network, etc.) are now flagged as “Closed” automatically when the user logs back into Traffic Cop. This will resolve issues where users get a message to “Force Open” a record is “in use” by another user when it is not.
A “Restore Defaults” button has been added in the Deal tab. Click on this button if a record fails to display the default sales tax, dealer charges, fees, etc. As above, this condition may occur when a user experiences a disconnection form the network and their machine fails to load the default settings.
A “Lease Rebates” section has been added in the Lease section of the Deal tab of a New Up where users are now able to enter in individual lease rebates. Essentially users can work two different deals with applicable rebates at the same time (Retail or Lease). Learn More >>
