The record creation date is now included on the Contact Info form along with Last Status change date;
An Inventory Listing can be printed or saved to a PDF from the Inventory screen;
Security feature has been added to prevent non manager users from Creating, Deleting or Editing letters or emails in Followup;
In Service Followup after a list is compiled, the full VIN is included now and exports to both CSV and HTML formats on the users desktop;
Users can now view All Letters and All Emails in the Prospect Events tab. This will allow management users to view all the incomplete or completed emails or letters in one screen rather than having to select individual items;
