In Followup Letters and Emails, added a new Merge field; “First Names (complete)”. Users will now have the ability to use “Dear Tom and Mary” as an automated merge item with logic built into Traffic Cop to recognize records with only a Primary First name.
Improvements were made to the Sorting functions in the Menu area.
