The following items were included in today’s update:
The addition of a “Primary Department” selection in Traffic Cop Customization, Users area. The selections in the dropdown are:
- Office
- Sales
- Service
- Parts
- Body Shop
This addition will allow management to view phone call activity by department as well as other dealership activities;
Improvements in the interface with FA were implemented;
Additional help screens were added;
Other background features were implemented to improve program efficiency.
